Walking in Pembrokeshire & Carmarthenshire

Latchygors is conveniently situated for walking the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path ( with some circular routes available), the Knights' Way and the Lansker Borderlands Trail and many shorter local routes.  3 local interactive walks have been set up in and around our village of Llanfallteg focused on the Vortipor Stone - a significant early Christian find.

The cottage contains a good supply of guide books and leaflets  and maps can be supplied.

Many of the area's wonderful beaches are within easy reach.  From May - September there is a dog ban on the major tourist beaches, but there are plenty of other lovely beaches where dogs are welcome throughout the year.

For those walking the Coastal Path there is a useful bus service that can be used to walk linear stretches without the need for 2 cars.
