PRIVACY & GDPR POLICY

The business only collects information form definite bookings made via phone calls, emails, website enquiries and from details received from West Wales Holiday Cottages.

 

The data we collect are as follows:

 

Name, address, telephone number(s) and email address to enable contact

 

Whether or not there will be dogs so we can provide throws for the sofa etc

 

Whether or not the lake will be used for fishing so we can provide proper guidance

 

Wine preference (if applicable) to enable us to provide the best experience for the customer

 

 

The data is stored on an Excel spread sheet and in a manual diary.  The computer is password protected and is not a shared computer.  The current year's diary is kept safely in the office and, as with computer records, kept for a maximum of 3 years from the time of last booking, when it is deemed that the customer will probably not wish to return.  The data we collect is solely for our own use and not shared with any third party.

 

The customer may request their data to be erased from our records at any time and this will be done on receipt of a written letter.
